Coffee Driers

Prior to the shipment, the Coffee Beans are dried from a moisture content of about 60% to the 10% approximately, which is measured by an elegant moisture meter. Coffee is typically dried on large patios of cement or asphalt and then transferred to the mechanical dryers for further drying operations.
We offer a variety of mechanical Coffee Dryers, including the new Horizontal Barrel Dryers, which are scrupulously designed to mix the coffee evenly, in order to ensure uniform drying. Drying coffee by employing mechanical dryers accelerates the slowest part of the coffee drying process (15-11%) and prevents fermentation. Mechanical dryers should never be set higher than the temperature range of 40-45°C. At higher temperatures the germ is killed and the flavor potential of the coffee is spoiled. At extreme high temperatures the coffee bean crystallizes, and when smashed with a hammer, these break like glass.
