The Tandem Disc Harrow (TDH) is a major and popular tillage implement with angled gangs of concave disk blades to cut and bury the crop residues (40-60% of the residues). The Tandem Disc Harrow is widely used as a major agricultural implement to cut crop residues, uproot the crop stubble, roughen the soil surface and to accomplish either primary or secondary tillage.
